Lightbox is not working in Wordpress 2.7

Lightbox is not working in Wordpress 2.7

Another bug in Wordpress. Lightbox is not functioning after I updated Wordpress 2.7. It seems, lightbox is ignoring the required code rel=”lightbox” in the anchor tags. I have issues only with new posts, old ones working perfect. Any solutions for this other than manual editing of markup ?
